        Abrasion resistant textile inserts
        General use conveyor belts can convey voluminous and granulated materials, with various degrees of abrasion. These belts can be used in various working conditions: in quarries, to equip excavators and other machineries, in the heavy and construction industries, in cement factories.
        Operating temperature is between -30ºC and +70ºC, belts are manufactured according to DIN 22102/1-91, types: X, W, Y, Z.
        The carcass is made of polyamide / polyester (EP) or polyester / polyester (EE).
        • X quality - These belts have a very high tensile strength, ideal for use in difficult working conditions.
        • W quality - These belts have a very good abrasion resistance, ideal for transporting highly abrasive materials.
        • Y quality - Standard belts for normal working conditions.
        • Z quality - Conveyor belts ideal for use in easy working conditions
        Fire resistant tape
        Fire-resistant tapes are made to an open flame and protect the entire conveyor from flame. They are suitable for use in confined, explosive environments.
        In addition to fire resistance, tapes have antistatic properties, thus preventing possible discharges on the surface of the tape. Operating temperature between -30 ° C and + 70 ° C.
        The housing is made of polyamide / polyester (EP) or din polyester / polyester (EE).
        Fire-resistant tapes are made in two versions:
        S - Flame retardant and anti-static tape with flame retardant housing
        K - Antistatic tape with flame retardant coatings. The housing is not fireproof
        Tapes are available in versions with both cropped edges and coated edges, with widths ranging from 800-1800 mm.
        Temperature resistant
        Resistant to temperature. As a general rule, when the temperature of the transported materials exceeds 60 ° C, the use of a temperature-resistant conveyor belt is more economical.
        The conveyor belt can be damaged by heat, as a result of the formation of cracks or scrapes between the resistance inserts, or as a result of softening of the rubber, and the separation of the components between the layers, or between the rubber and the bearing layers.
        Temperature resistant conveyor belts are recommended for transporting hot sintering materials, pellets, clinker, chemicals, fertilizers, cement and other high-temperature materials.
        The outer coating is made of polyamide / polyester (EP) or din polyester / polyester (EE) or polyamide / polyamide (PP).
        Temperature resistant conveyor belts are made in some versions:
        T 2 - Antistatic tape, resistant to temperatures no more than 130º C;
        T 3 - Antistatic tape, resistant to temperatures no more than 150º C;
        T 3 tapes are resistant to temperatures no more than 180º C;
        Oil resistant conveyor belts
        Oil resistant conveyor belts with textile insertion are specially designed for transporting materials with a high content of fats and oils. They have a high level of friction and increased resistance to atmospheric conditions.
        This type of tape is recommended for transporting materials treated with oils. To order this type of tape, the customer must note the type of oil and its composition, detailed information about the temperature regime, detailed information about previous used tapes. Such information will help ARTEGO make the best recommendation for users.
        The outer coating is made of polyamide / polyester (EP) or din polyester / polyester (EE).
        Oil resistant conveyor belts are made in some versions:
        MOR is an anti-static tape with medium oil resistance. Operating temperature: between -30ºC and + 70 ° C;
        G is an anti-static tape with good oil resistance. Operating temperature: between -30ºC and + 80 ° C;
        ROS is an anti-static tape with excellent resistance to mineral and animal oils. Operating temperature: between -30ºC and + 100 ° C.
        Flame retardant and oil resistant
        Oil-resistant and fire-resistant conveyors with a textile insert are specially designed for the transportation of materials with a high content of fats and oils in conditions of increased risk of flammability. These types of conveyors are produced in some versions, according to our internal regulatory rules: GM + K, GM + S, G + K, G + S, ROS + K, ROS + S.
        The outer coating is made of polyamide / polyester (EP) or polyester / polyester (EE).
        Oil-resistant and fire-resistant conveyors are made in some versions:
        GM + K is a medium oil resistant conveyor with antistatic and fire resistant coatings. Operating temperature: between -30 ° C and + 70 ° C;
        GM + S is a medium oil resistant conveyor with antistatic and fire resistant coatings. Operating temperature: between -30 ° C and + 70 ° C;
        G + K is a conveyor with good oil resistance and antistatic and fireproof coatings. Operating temperature: between -30 ° C and + 80 ° C;
        G + S is a conveyor with good oil resistance and antistatic and fireproof coatings. Operating temperature: between -30 ° C and + 80 ° C;
        ROS + K - conveyor with excellent oil resistance and antistatic and fire resistant coatings. Operating temperature: between -30 ° C and + 100 ° C;
        ROS + S is a conveyor with good oil resistance and antistatic and flame retardant coatings. Operating temperature: between -30 ° C and + 100 ° C;
