Sunflower lecithin is produced by extraction from sunflower oil. It is a natural emulsifier, thanks to which you can create a stable emulsion between water and oil.
Lecithin is particularly useful for the human body because it helps to improve the functioning of the brain and nervous system, improves liver function as well as restores cells and can act as an antioxidant.
The most widely used sunflower lecithin is found in food production. Often used in bakery and confectionery.
