        According to the specification, the valves are marked SPPK4R-100-16, where alphanumeric designation means the following:
        SPPK - special spring relief valve;
        • 4 - valve change number;
        • P - indicates the presence of a manual backup lever (if not specified, the letter is not specified);
        • 100 - nominal input passage in mm (DN);
        • 16 - working pressure in kgf / cm2 (PN);
        Safety valves according to the traditional "numeric table" have the type designation 17s17nzh or 17s25nzh, where:
        • 17 - valve type designation - safety valve;
        • c - valve body material designation (20L steel);
        • 17 or 25 are common numbers indicating the valve modification number;
        • nzh - the valve seat material designation
          Description
          Valves of SPPK and SPPK4R type are safety valves with full stroke of closed and ON type spring, but operate as stroke only on gaseous (steam) media. When working on liquid (incompressible) media, the throughput of SPPK and SPPK4R valves is 4-8 times lower than when working on gaseous media.
          Safety valves for function control and flushing in working conditions The SPPK4R valves have a special lever for manually opening the "manual blasting" device. The SPPK4 valves do not have a lever.
          General data on the safety valves manufactured by Blagoveshchensk Valve Plant OJSC with the number of springs and flange types at the inlet and outlet of the valves are given below.
