Egg powder (dry flour) is a chicken egg converted into powder. It replaces fresh chicken eggs and is well absorbed by the body.
Egg powder is suitable for transport, will last long-term storage. The egg powder composition (dry melange) contains a mixture of proteins and egg yolks.
